Ranco is the world's largest supplier of automotive coolant control valves. A wide variety of valve actuation methods including vacuum, solenoid, motorized, cable, and shaft means are available on most valve configurations.

APPLICATIONS

Control of engine coolant flow to the heater core, enhancing efficiency and comfort (H36, H39, H42).
Rear heating systems in mini vans and sport utility vehicles (H36).

SPECIAL FEATURES
Valves meet or exceed all automotive industry requirements. Plastic construction provides enhanced resistance to corrosion. Valves have low pressure drop and corresponding high flow rate characteristics. Ranco valves provide long life, suitable for even the most challenging heavy duty and off-road applications. Valves come in all commonly required sizes, including 5/8" and 3/4". Other sizes may be available - contact Ranco North America marketing for additional details.	Value-added features such as brackets and hose sets can be provided. On - Off, metered, and by-pass flow constructions are available. Engineering assistance is readily available to assist you with new or challenging applications - contact Ranco North America marketing for assistance and information. Ranco is QS - 9000 certified for all water valves.
H36 Valve Available only in vacuum-operated versions. Standard inlet/outlet sizes 5/8" and 3/4" - other sizes and configurations may be available. Used primarily for rear heating systems in mini vans and sport utility vehicles.
H39 Valve Available only in vacuum-operated versions. Standard inlet/outlet sizes 5/8" and 3/4" - other sizes and configurations may be available. Available in a wide variety of inlet/outlet configurations to meet diverse "plumbing" needs.
H42 Valve H42 valves are available in cable, shaft, vacuum, and motorized actuation versions. Both metered and on-off flow characteristics are available. 5/8" and 3/4" inlet/outlet options are also available.
